1. Services Provided
The Organised Space specializes in decluttering and organizing residential spaces in London. Our services transform cluttered areas into functional, stylish havens tailored to reflect your personality and lifestyle.
2. How the Work is Set Up
Initial Consultation
- Free Consultation: We offer a free initial 30-minute online video consultation.
- Scope Assessment: During this call, you will show the specific rooms or parts of rooms you wish to organize.
- Time Estimation: Based on the consultation, we will estimate the number of hours required to complete the project.
- Discussion of Additional Items: We will discuss if additional organizers, baskets, or containers need to be purchased to achieve optimal organization.
Quotation and Approval
- Estimated Budget: After the consultation, an estimated budget will be provided along with images of any necessary goods to be procured.
- Client Approval: Work will commence once the estimated budget and required items are approved by you.
Execution of Work
- Solo Service: Typically, services are performed by me personally.
- Assistance: For larger projects or tight timelines, an assistant may join to help organize the space efficiently.
- Decision Making: Before starting, we will discuss which items you wish to keep, donate, or dispose of. Items requiring clarification will be set aside and confirmed with you before disposal.
- Completion Review: After organizing, you will review the space to ensure satisfaction with the results.
3. Pricing
- Weekday Rates (Monday – Friday): £50 per hour
- Saturday Rates: £60 per hour
- Minimum Booking: A minimum of 3 hours is required per booking.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed-upon methods.
- Additional Costs: Any additional costs for purchased organizers or materials will be added to the final invoice and require prior approval.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking without incurring a fee.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one hour of service (£50 on weekdays, £60 on Saturdays).
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be communicated as early as possible.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Access: Ensure access to the areas to be organized at the scheduled times.
- Decisions: Promptly make decisions regarding items to keep, donate, or dispose of to facilitate efficient service.
- Information: Provide accurate information during the initial consultation to enable precise time and cost estimates.
7. The Organised Space Responsibilities
- Professionalism: Deliver services in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner.
- Quality: Strive to meet or exceed client expectations with personalized organization solutions.
- Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of the client’s personal space and belongings.
8. Liability
The Organised Space is not liable for any damage to items that the client chooses to keep. Clients are encouraged to communicate any fragile or valuable items prior to organizing. The Organised Space will handle all items with care and will double-check any uncertain items with the client before disposal.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Organised Space reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
